Documents of certain kinds issued by local government institutions can be directly legalized by the RNMFA.

Documents not issued by government institutions shall be certified by local Notaries Public in advance before applying for legalization by the RNMFA.

Documents that have been legalized by the RNMFA may be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Oslo by appointment for consular legalization.

Chinese applicants may submit documents directly to the Chinese Embassy in Norway after their appointment has been confirmed.
